the year 1996 under the leadership of Mr Abhishek Gupta.
This unit is one of the leading manufacturers of Hand
Tools such as solid box spanner for Automobiles.

We are manufacturing high quality Hand Tools such as
solid box spanner etc. under the supervision of our
most experienced technical staff. Our customers are
fully satisfied with the quality of our products and
prompts services of Mr Abhishek Gupta, who is proprietor
of this organization.
Our commonly known languages on work
floor are English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Our main production facilities are
Lathes, Drilling, SPM, Hot Forging, Metal Gathering,
Chrome plating etc.
Our main testing instruments are Vernier calipers,
Micrometers, Plain gauges and scales etc.
Needs and expectations of clients are understood,
documented & appropriate action are taken to meet
the same with an aim of enhancing customer satisfaction
level. The need include the conformity of the customer
requirements, on time delivery, complaints etc. Customer
feed back is taken once in a year at QF/MK/02 and
such requirements are communicated in the organization
at appropriate level.
Infrastructure
AT has sufficient space for office,
production, inspection and allied facilities, thereby
creating a suitable congenial work environment to
work. These facilities are up graded or added, as
required.
AT has identified the key process equipment, a list
of machine is made code QL/MT/01.Whenever any breakdown
occur a verbal intimation is given to the foreman
then he records the detail of breakdown, time, date,
root cause and corrective action in breakdown maintenance
register QF/MT/02. AT has a system for preventive
maintenance for machines that includes preventive
maintenance plan QW/MT/01 for all machines and preventive
maintenance record QF/MT/01 is maintained according
to plan for all machines. For generators a log book
QF/MT/03 is maintained that includes the total running
hours, on the base of running hours service is done.
Replacements parts are available for the key process
equipments and listed in QL/ST/01.
